The petitioner, who is the original complainant, has filed this Writ Petition for a very limited prayer of expediting the C.C. No.333/XW/2013 wherein the respondent Nos.2 & 3 are prosecuted under sections 420, 406, 504, 506 (2) of the Indian Penal Code and the matter is pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 12th Court, Bandra, Mumbai. 3.

In view of the limited prayer made in this petition, there is no necessity to issue notice to the accused persons. Learned

Learned Counsel for the petitioner informs that now, the criminal case is fixed before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate on 26.6.2019. This Court by its order dated 3.5.2017 has directed the learned Metropolitan Magistrate to make an endeavour to expedite the proceedings.

In view of this, the petition is disposed of on the following terms:

i) The petition is allowed.

ii) The parties to appear before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 12th Court on 26.6.2019.

iii) The complainant is directed to give notice to the accused persons or their counsel;

iv) The learned Metropolitan Magistrate may try to conclude the trial on or before 31.1.2020.

Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
