2 The Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant/Original Plaintiff Ratnaprabha Jaywant Shirsat is no more.

Hence, he requires four weeks time to take appropriate steps for bringing legar heirs on record. He further submits that by this Civil Application the Applicant is seeking earlier hearing of First Appeal No. 216/2011.

3. Considering the subsequent development that the Applicant is no more, nothing survives in this Civil Application.
