1] The applicants are apprehending their arrest in crime No.574 of 2018 registered with Dehu Road Police Station, District: Pune, on 20th October, 2018, for the offence punishable under Sections 353, 336 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and also for the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Indian Electricity Act.

2] The First Information Report alleges that the applicants are responsible for switching of the AB Switch of 22 KB Power Station, thereby permitting the electricity to be transmitted. This is the only allegation on the basis of which F.I.R. has been registered. 1/2

927 aba 2688 of 2018 3] On hearing the learned counsel APP, it is apparent that there is no need of any custodial interrogation of the applicants. Though it is stated by the learned APP that the motorcycle on which two accused persons approached to switch off the AB Switch, is seized. The allegation in the F.I.R., does not warrant any arrest of the present applicants. However, in order to assist the Investigating Officers, learned counsel for the applicants undertakes that the applicant will report to the concerned police station once in a week, on the time notified or communicated by the Investigating officer to the applicants. Hence, the following order :- Order I. In the event of their arrest, the applicants be released on bail on their executing P.R. Bonds in the sum of Rs.20,000/- each and on furnishing one or two sureties of the like amount.

II. The applicants would report to the concerned Police Station once in a week.

With the aforesaid directions, the application is disposed off.
