This is an application for fixing an early date of hearing of Criminal Revision Application No.28/2018. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that there is absolutely no evidence against the Applicant and only on the basis of suspicion he is sought to be arraigned as the sole accused. He submitted that by a reasoned order, the Revision Application was admitted and interim relief was also granted in favour of the Applicant. He submitted that Deshmane(PS)

Considering these submissions, add Criminal Revision Application No.28/2018 to the final hearing board commencing from 4.9.2023.
