In pursuance of the order dated 22nd March 2019, learned Counsel for the petitioner has placed on record the disclosure of learned Sole arbitrator Mr. Anurag Jain, who is appointed as sole arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. Arbitration petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 22nd March 2019 by confirming the appointment of Mr. Anurag Jain to act as a sole arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties.
