The registration of the writ petition came to be refused in view of the conditional order dated 9th October 2018 for failure to remove the office objections. Considering reasons mentioned in the application, the order dated 9th October 2018 is recalled and writ petition is restored to file.

The learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner shall within a period of four weeks from today to remove all office objections. In case the office objections are removed, list the writ petition for admission. However, if within a period of four weeks, the office objections are not removed, the proceedings shall stand dismissed without any reference to the Court.
