1] The Petition challenges an auction notice issued by the Respondent Bank on the ground that the valuation report fixes a very low price. The Petition has yet not been registered as a Writ Petition and is languishing with a lodging number for the reason objections raised by the Registry have not been removed. We find that the Writ Petition was filed on 22.12.2018.

2] What has happened to the sale pursuant to the notice dated 22.11.2018 is not known. None appears for the Petitioner to prosecute the same. The same is dismissed as not maintainable for the reason office objections are not removed.
