Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for respondent.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant has filed proceeding under the Domestic Violence Act against the respondenthusband, which is pending at Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Borivali. The respondent-husband has filed a divorce petition against applicant-wife in the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division at Vasai. The applicant stays with her parents at Mumbai. She is finding it difficult to attend the court dates at Vasai, hence, requested to transfer the divorce petition pending before Civil Judge Senior Division, Vasai, to Family Court at Bandra. 3.

I have heard both learned counsel. Considering the submissions of both learned counsel, I pass following order:
O R D E R

Application is allowed.
2.
Divorce Petition bearing MJP No.400 of 2020 pending before Civil Judge, Senior Division at Vasai is transferred to Family Court at Bandra.
3.
The Presiding Officer of Family Court at Bandra is requested to expedite the matter as early as possible. (SHIVKUMAR DIGE, J.) 2/2
