By this interim application, the applicant seeks recall of the order dated 15th December 2023, passed by this Court in the aforesaid writ petition, and prays for restoration of Writ Petition No.3898 of 2023, which came to be dismissed for non-prosecution, as none was present on behalf of the petitioner.

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed. The order dated 15th December 2023, is recalled and Writ Petition No.3898 of 2023, is restored back to its original file. 4.

Interim Application is accordingly disposed of. 5.

Writ Petition No.3898 of 2023, to be listed 'for admission' on 16th February 2024.
