The learned counsel for the Petitioner filed praecipe for fixing an early date of hearing. At the request of the Petitioner the matter is taken on board for urgent orders. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits by mistake they filed the Writ Petition instead of a Family Court Appeal. Hence, he submits that he received instructions from his client to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to take out appropriate proceedings. To that effect, he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
