P.C.:- Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners with Petitioner No.2 and the learned counsel for the Respondent No.2 with the Respondent No.2. The Petitioner No.1 is stated to be on way to reach this Court. The Petitioners and Respondent No.2 jointly request for quashing of FIR, which is under Sections 354, 509 and 34 of the IPC.

The consent terms signed by parties on 21.12.2018 are already placed on record.

Respondent No.2, who is present in Court states that as Petitioners had tendered an apology, she has decided not to proceed further with prosecution.

Counsel for the Petitioners states that against Petitioner No.2 there is no previous criminal case while against the Petitioner No.1 there is an old case under Section 323 of the IPC. 5.

In view of joint request we direct Petitioners to file an undertaking to this Court that they will not indulge in any unlawful activity in future and abide by provisions of law. They shall also undertake not to create any problem for any resident of Gazdar House. 6.

If such undertaking is filed by them separately with the registry of this Court within two weeks, relief in terms of prayer clause (a) shall become absolute.
