This misc. civil application seeks transfer of matrimonial proceedings pending before the court at Islampur, Sangli to the family court at Pune.

The parties, who are husband and wife, have arrived at a settlement, which is recorded in consent terms duly signed by the parties and their respective advocates. The consent terms interalia provide for divorce to the applicant wife together with permanent alimony referred to therein. The parties have agreed to seek disposal of the matrimonial proceedings after they are transferred to the family court at Pune. Detailed provisions are made in this behalf in the consent terms.

Consent terms handed in are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The statements and undertakings contained therein are accepted and the misc. civil application is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. This order is passed in the presence of both parties.
