Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and respondent no.2, 3 and 4 in Writ Petition No. 194 of 2019 and the petitioners and respondent nos. 4 and 5 in Writ Petition No. 10866 of 2019 have tendered a composite consent terms between these parties in both these Petitions duly signed by the parties and their respective advocates. The consent terms are signed by the Assistant General Manger, Legal on behalf of the petitioner bank in both the matters whereas consent terms are signed on behalf of the M/s. Pranav Constructions Systems Pvt. Ltd. and other respondents who are party to the consent terms. The petitioner as well as respondent no.1 have annexed a copy of the Resolution passed by them authorizing the signatory to file and sign these consent terms. The board Resolution are taken on record.

The consent terms of the petitioner and respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4 in Writ Petition No. 194 of 2019 and the petitioner and respondent nos. 4 and 5 in Writ Petition No. 10866 of 2019 are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The undertaking recorded, if any, are accepted. The Writ Petitions are dismissed against the other parties who are not parties to the consent terms. Writ Petitions are disposed of in terms of consent terms. There shall be no order as to cost. 3.

Parties to act on the copy of this order authenticated by the Sheristedar of this Court.
