This is an application for restoration of the Civil Application No.1237/2015 and for time to carry out amendment. 2.

I have the learned counsel for the applicants. The record shows that Civil Application No.1237/2015 was allowed on 25/8/2015 and six weeks time was granted to carry out the amendment. The civil application was to stand dismissed without Mamta Kale page 1 of 2

The learned counsel for the applicants points out, that out of inadvertance, the amendment could not be carried out within the time granted.

On hearing the learned counsel for the applicants and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. The applicants to carry out the amendment as allowed by order dated 25/8/2015 in Civil Application No.1237/2015 within two weeks from today.
