1] Learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this application. It is, however, submitted that the Applicant is in custody from 8th May, 2017. The trial has not commenced. It is, therefore, submitted that the trial be expedited. 2] Learned APP submitted that the charge is framed on 30th November, 2017. It is submitted that the prosecution intends to examine about 5 witnesses.

3] Taking into consideration the aforesaid circumstances, the Application is allowed to be withdrawn. The trial is expedited. The Trial 1/2
