The petitioners are present with their respective advocates. Respondent No. 2 is also present with her advocate. The parties have filed Consent Terms in M.J. Petition No. A/1973/2016 in Family Court at Bandra. The said proceedings are now converted into one for grant of decree of divorce by mutual consent. Copy of the Consent Terms is also produced today by the petitioners. It is taken on record as Exh. A. Talwalkar

In view of the joint request made, we make rule absolute in terms of prayer clause 8(a).
