I am informed that the trial has commenced. Pursuant to the framing of the charge, 13 witnesses have been examined. Earlier application for bail was withdrawn before this Court on 06/01/2023 when liberty was given to apply if the charge is not framed. The trial is now progressing. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the application.

The bail application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to apply after 6 months or after material witnesses are examined, whichever is earlier.
