By this application, the Applicant seeks condonation of delay of 2 years and 92 days caused in filing the present Application as well as for recall of the order dated 22nd August, 2016, by which the aforesaid writ petition was dismissed for non-prosecution and for restoration of the same.

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses a) and b) i.e. delay is condoned and the order dated 22nd August, 2016, by which the writ petition was dismissed for non-prosecution, is recalled and the aforesaid writ petition is restored back to its original file.
