Heard the learned counsel for the applicant/appellant in Civil Application No. 280 of 2021.

Office note indicates that the notice issued to respondent No. 6 is returned with the remarks of the Baillif, "gone out hence pasted on door" whereas the notice issued to respondent No. 6 through RPAD has been returned un-served with the remarks "left". 3.

In the Civil Application, the applicant has assigned justifiable reasons to allow substituted service.

Hence, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The substituted service be also effected by publishing the notice in two newspapers one English daily and another Marathi Vishal Parekar, P.A.
