DATED : 5 MARCH 2024 P.C. :- The learned APP on instructions submits that trial has commenced and the prosecution has examined one witness. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the present application at this stage. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is in jail for four years and five months.

Considering the above fact, the trial Court shall endeavour to conclude the trial within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

If the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period, the applicant is at liberty to move an application for bail before this Court. 5.

Bail Application is disposed of.
