Heard. By this Interim Application, the Applicant is seeking extension of time to comply with the order dated 13.07.2018 passed by this Court in First Appeal No.839/2018 directing the Applicant to file private paper book within a year from the date of order.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that they have applied for certified copies of some important documents. Therefore, there is delay on their part to comply with the said order. He submits that the Applicant undertakes to file private paper book within three months from today.

909.2647.19-CAF.odt Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Civil Application, we are satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application. Hence, the following order is passed:

a.

The Applicant to file private paper book on or before 30.04.2021, failing which the First Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court. b.

Interim Application stands disposed of accordingly.
