By this application, the applicant has prayed that the order dated 3rd October, 2019 passed by the Registrar (Judicial - II) dismissing the first appeal for non-removal of office objections by the applicant be set aside on the ground that the office objections could not be removed for the reasons recorded in the civil application. Learned counsel for the applicant states that all office objections would be removed within four weeks from today. Statement is accepted as and by way of undertaking to this Court. 2.

The order dated 3rd October, 2019 passed by the Registrar (Judicial - II) is set aside on the condition that the applicant removes all office objection within four weeks from today. It is made clear that 1/2

7-ia1-19.doc if all the office objections are not removed within the time prescribed, the First Appeal (Stamp) No.17053 of 2019 to stand vacated without further reference to the Court.

The civil application is made absolute on aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
