RVC 37 IA-4746-2023.doc 3) Admittedly, the Applicant herein was not party to the Application filed below Exhibit No.234 in M.A.No.1950/19 in MPID Special Case No.1 of 2014 before the trial Court. Even otherwise the proceedings in Exhibit No.234 were/are interlocutory in nature between two parties, wherein the rights of Applicant are not directly affected. According to us, therefore the present Application for intervention by the Applicant is not tenable in the eyes of law.

4) Interim Application is dehors of merits and is accordingly dismissed in limine.
