This application is for restoration of Bail Application No.1171 of 2018 which came to be dismissed for non prosecution by this court on 26.11.2018. For the grounds mentioned in the application and considering the subject matter of application wherein applicant is prosecuted for offence punishable under section 302 of Indian Penal - Page-1/2

Nalawade 914-appp-1597-18.doc Code, application is liable to be allowed in the interest of justice subject to payment of costs of Rs.3000/- as matter was not found attended when it was listed earlier before the court concerned. Amount of costs to be paid to the High Court Legal Services Committee within one week from today.
