In view of order dated 15th April 2019, learned counsel for applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw application and prays that trial be expedited to be concluded in reasonable period. 2.

Order dated 15th April 2019 reveals that after hearing when this Court was not inclined to allow application, matter was adjourned for today to record statement of applicant either to withdraw or to prosecute further. In view of leave as prayed for, leave is allowed. Application is disposed of as dismissed as allowed to be withdrawn with liberty in favour of applicant to file application before the learned trial Court to make out case for early hearing.
