By order dated 26th November 2018, this Court was pleased to grant the application for bail filed by the applicant subject to the condition of furnish cash security of Rs.25,000/- within a period of four weeks.

Another stipulation contained in the order to the effect that the applicant should execute P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/-, has been complied with. However, only the stipulation as regards the cash security, the applicant was not able to comply. On compliance N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

p-501-appp-1599-2018 of condition No.2 in the said order the applicant is already released on bail and seeks extension of two weeks to comply with the condition No.3.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application deserves consideration and the applicant is permitted to comply with the said stipulation of furnishing cash security of Rs.25,000/- by extending the period by 2 weeks. It is however, made clear that no further extension will be granted and on failure to comply with the stipulation, the order granting bail itself would stand cancelled. (SMT.BHARATI H. DANGRE, J.)
