P.C.:- After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, when this Court expressed its disinclination to grant any relief, the learned counsel, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file a fresh Application for bail before the Trial Court, if the trial arising out of CR No. 137 of 2016 dated 30th November, 2019 registered with Nizampura Police Station, Bhiwandi, District Thane, now culminated in Sessions Case No. 11 of 2017 pending on the file of Additional Sessions Judge, Thane does not conclude within a period of one year from today.

Leave and liberty granted.
