Since the Petition arises out of the purely interlocutory order, we are not inclined to entertain the same in the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. However, as expressed by the learned member of the Tribunal, we request the learned member to take up the matter for hearing on the scheduled date i.e. on 18th January 2019 and decide the same preferably on the said date.
