(Vacation Court) DATED : 28th DECEMBER, 2018 P.C:- The petitioners have approached this Court assailing the order dated 24th December 2018 passed by the Collector, Pune. By the said impugned order, the Collector has directed closure of Permit Room, Beer Bar, wines and beer shops from 27th December 2018 to 2nd January 20190 apprehending the law and order situation.

Today, the learned AGP, on telephonic instructions from Mr.Sanjay Patil, Dy. Superintendent of Police, Excise, makes a statement that the Collector has issued a fresh order Tilak

2/2 906 WP-14713-18.doc and order, now the restriction is imposed only on 1st January 2018 when the event is to be organized in Bhima Koregaon. In light of the recent development, in form of the revised order being issued, the counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
