Learned A.P.P. upon instructions from P.I. Boisar Police Station, states that impugned communication dated 22nd December, 2018, issued under Section 149 Cr.P.C. to the Petitioner has been withdrawn by the police.

We have also seen communication sent accordingly by the said Police Station to Petitioner on 23rd January, 2019 itself.
