Heard, this application is for condonation of 44 days delay caused in preferring appeal on its conviction for the offence punishable under Section 304(ii) and 325 of the Indian Penal Code, Wakodikar

IA 1-19 IN A 1491-19.doc imposed upon applicant by Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sangli, by which, applicant came to be convicted for five years and is directed to pay fine of Rs.2,000/-, in default, to suffer simple imprisonment for one month, for the offence punishable under Section 304(ii) of Indian Penal Code.

For the grounds mentioned in the application, as the delay caused is found satisfactorily explained, application is disposed of as allowed.
