The Applicant has approached this Court apprehending his arrest in relation to the Crime registered under Section 454, 380, 457, 427 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on the complaint filed by one Riyaz Iqbal Ahmad Ganji. 2.

It is alleged that on 04/12/2018 he had gone to Rajasthan by locking his office and after returning on 06/12/2018 he found that the lock was broken and the

2/3 922-aba-2713-2018.doc furniture and the papers were lying there. He was informed that the material lying in the office has been sold to the scrap purchaser. The allegation is to the effect that the Applicant is responsible for the said loss caused to the complainant. 3.

On hearing the learned counsel for the Applicant, as prima-facie case is made out, since there is no need for custodial interrogation of the Applicant, I am inclined to pass the following order.

ORDER

i) The Application for anticipatory bail is allowed. ii) In the event of arrest of the Applicant in CR No.557 of 2018 registered with Oshivara Police Station for the offences under Sections 454, 380, 454, 427 and 34 of IPC, be released on P.R. Bond for Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties of like amount.

iii) The Applicant is directed to appear before Investigating Officer at Oshivara Police Station once in a week and on any other dates whenever called by the Investigating Officer for the purpose of investigation.

v) The Applicant shall not directly or indirectly pressurize, threat to the informant and other witnesses.
