Learned counsel for applicants submitted that this Court (Coram : A. S. Gadkari, J.) by order dated 8th August 2018 has granted bail to applicants. While allowing application for bail, the Court has imposed condition on applicant to attend Manpada Police SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM Station, District Thane, on every first Monday of the month between 1/2 SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM Date: 2023.09.05 12:15:37 +0530

Shubhada S Kadam 40-IA-1065-2019-BA-1575-2018.doc 11.00 am to 1.00 p.m.. Applicant is finding it difficult to go to the police station once in a month. Hence, requested to relax the said condition.

Learned APP, on instructions, submitted that after release on bail, except some occasions, applicants never attended the police station as per the condition imposed by this Court and to give go-by to the said condition, the present application is filed. 4.

I have both learned counsel.
