This is an application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail. This application is pending since 2019. Vide order dated 17th December 2019 it was recorded that advocate for applicant had sought leave to place on record application for issuing directions to jail authorities to produce medical papers of applicant about his ailment. Leave was granted. However, no steps were taken by advocate for applicant. Hence, this application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
