The Petitioner participated in the recruitment process conducted by the Respondents for the post of Clerk. However, the name of the Petitioner was not included in the list of eligible candidates. Grievance of the Petitioner is regarding the manner of preparation of the list. The learned Counsel for the Respondents points out that the select list for the post of Clerk has already been

The learned Counsel for the Respondents further states that wait list for the post of Clerk was cancelled on 20 January 2022. At this stage, in March 2024, the prayer of the Petitioner to direct the Respondents to include the name of the Petitioner in the eligible list for the post of Clerk cannot be granted and perhaps that is why the Petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting the petition.
