The leaned Counsel for Applicant, upon instruction, makes a motion for withdrawal of both the Anticipatory Bail Applications.

As such, both the Anticipatory Bail Applications stand dismissed as withdrawn.

It shall be open to the parties or the learned Sessions Court to bring the issue as regards allotment of application to a particular Court to the notice of the Principal District Judge, Pune, who shall be at liberty to pass an appropriate order in the given set of facts and circumstances.1 4.

Since both the Anticipatory Bail Applications are dismissed as withdrawn, Criminal Application Nos.125 of 2019 and 126 of 2019 do not survive.
