Counsel for the applicant points out that the provisions of The Scheduled Castes And The Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (SCST) are applied in this case and therefore, the bail application is not maintainable. Therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file proper proceedings. Liberty as prayed for is granted. The application is allowed to be withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
