Heard Ms.Sharma, learned Advocate for Applicant. Applicant is permitted to deposit arrears of rent at the rate of Rs.612.25/- per month from 1st January 2019 till 31st December 2021 in the Registry of Small Causes Court at Mumbai.

Applicant is further directed to continue to deposit the said rent during the pendency of the present Revision Application in the Small Causes Court at Mumbai.

It is however made clear that, the deposit of said rent by the Applicant will be without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the Respondents and in particular Respondent No.2 herein. 1/2

Respondent No.2 will be at liberty to raise all his contentions pertaining to deposit of the said rent by the Applicant at the time of hearing of Revision Application No.14 of 2019.
