After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant at length and taking into considering the allegations levelled against him, when this Court expressed its disinclination to grant bail to the applicant at this stage, the learned Counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before this Court, if Criminal Appeal No. 71 of 2020 is not taken up for final hearing within a period of 9 months from today.
