Mr. Sandeep Gaikwad has also filed Criminal Case No. 29/Misc/16 on behalf of respondent no.1 in which directions under section 156(3) Cr.P.C. were issued. Counsel for respondent no. 1 has tendered communication issued by the Director of respondent no. 1 authorizing Mr. Sandeep Gaikwad to withdraw the present matter.
