The Petitioner participated in the selection process conducted by the Respondents for the post of Junior Clerk. The select list was published on 12 November 2018, but the name of the Petitioner was not included in the same. Grievance of the Petitioner is regarding the manner of preparation of select list. The learned Counsel for the Respondents points out that pursuant to the impugned select list, appointments have also been made and the life of select list is also over. Therefore, at this stage, in March 2024, the

Trupti 2 19-wp-426-2019.doc prayer of the Petitioner to direct the Respondents to include the name of the Petitioner in the select list for the post of Junior Clerk cannot be granted.

The writ petition is accordingly rejected.
