The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the High Court Administration seeks some time to file his reply. He further submits that there is general order dated 16.02.2021 passed by High Court on administration side, stating that the matters transferred from other benches are re-transferred again. He has placed on record the copy of the said general Order dated 16.02.2021. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 2 / 3
In view of these facts, the following order is passed : i) Liberty is granted to the Respondents to file their reply on or before 31.03.2021 with copy to other side. ii) Rejoinder if any, to be filed on or before 17.04.2021 with copy to other side.
iii) Matters to appear on board on 21.04.2021. iv) Registry is directed to take appropriate steps according to the general order dated 16.02.2021 issued by the Hon' ble the Chief Justice.
