The learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, submits that the Petitioner is not willing to press for grant of validity immediately, as he has discovered certain additional documents which supports his claim for grant of validity. According to him, time of four weeks be granted to file additional affidavit along with documents to justify the claim. 2.

In view of above, matter is relegated to Aurangabad Bench, to be listed in regular course.
