DECEMBER 20, 2021 P.C. :- Mr. Gole, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 tenders the reply affidavit filed by Dr. Vinay Gupta, Joint Director (Medical) of respondent No.3 notarized on 18.12.2021.

A perusal of the said affidavit-in-reply indicates that in compliance with the order dated 24.02.2021 passed by this Court in Civil Writ Petition No.5343 of 2018 and connected writ petitions, National Board of Examination in Medical Sciences has declared the withheld results of all such candidates. The National Board of Examination in Medical Sciences has already regularized the Recalled Provisional Pass Certificate of those candidates which were withdrawn by National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences vide notice dated 13.11.2020. The statements made in the affidavit-in-reply are accepted.

In view of the statements made in the affidavit-in-reply, learned counsel for the petitioner states that nothing survives in the Petition. Statement is accepted.

Writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
