By this application, the Applicant has sought to condone the delay of 169 days in filing the appeal. The Applicant is working as a maid and earning a meager income. She was unable to file the appeal within time due to financial constraints.

Considering the above reasons, which in my considered view constitute sufficient cause, the delay is condoned. The appeal is ordered to be registered.
