The Applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with C.R.No.1030 of 2023 registered at Khar Police Station, Mumbai, on 13.12.2023, under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 470, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
