We have perused the order under review. The Division Bench had followed the earlier decision of this Court and has taken a view that the impugned notice issued by the Respondent-Zilla Parishad is required to be quashed and was accordingly quashed. Review is sought on the ground that the order is erroneous. On the grounds stated in the Review Petition, remedy of review sought is entirely inappropriate in this case. Even assuming that the delay is condoned, no case is made out for exercise of review jurisdiction. 3.
