Heard Ms.Prabhala, the learned counsel for the appellant-applicant. 2.

Issue notice to the respondent Nos.1 and 2.

The learned counsel for the respondents waives notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2.

The learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions, states that the appellant is ready to deposit the entire amount of compensation alongwith the interest accrued thereon in terms of the award dated 15th April 2019 in MACP No.684/2016 passed by the learned Member, MACT, Nashik.

In view of the aforesaid statement and willingness on the part of Shraddha Talekar, PS 1/2

7-ia-3068-2019-fast-29818-2019.doc the appellant to deposit the entire amount of compensation alongwith interest accrued thereon, the execution, operation and implementation of the impugned award dated 15th April 2019 in MACP No. 684/2016 stands stayed, subject to condition of deposit of the said amount within a period of four weeks from today.

In the event of default in deposit of the amount, this order shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court. 7.

The application stands disposed of.
