This is an application for bringing the legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent on record.

The sole respondent expired on 16th August 2019. The learned counsel for the applicant points out that the application is filed within time from the date of intimation served by the learned counsel for the respondent under Order 22 Rule 10A of the Civil Procedure Code on 19th November 2019.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and for the reasons mentioned in the application the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) & (c).

The necessary amendment to be carried out within two weeks.
