This is an application for allowing the Applicant to delete the name of Smt. Meenakshi Tulsidas Bhatt i.e. Applicant No.2C from the array of the Applicant.

It is stated that the Applicant No.2C has passed away on 22nd July, 2019 leaving behind her Applicant No.2A and 2B as her only legal heirs who are already on record.

There is delay of 36 days in filing the present Application. Perusal of Application would indicates that, sufficient cause for condonation of delay is made out by the Applicant.

In view thereof, delay is condoned and the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
